Hi there, welcome to StriveCircle!

My name is Faith, and I’m the Founder of StriveCircle. My mission is to empower parents and children to dream boldly, plan wisely, and collaborate toward future-ready, purpose-driven careers in the age of artificial intelligence.

Six years ago, I made a YouTube video titled “How to Apply to Colleges in the U.S. as a Kenyan Student.” That simple video opened the door to countless opportunities to mentor families and students pursuing study abroad programs, because I was passionate about making that informational accessible.

Over a couple of years guiding dozens of students to successfully earn admissions and scholarships to top universities in the U.S. and U.K through my consulting company Hadithi Consulting, I began to notice a pattern when speaking with families.

Parents often felt anxious about their children’s direction, while students felt unheard or pressured—and both lacked structured, empathetic guidance. With the rise of AI, these conversations have become even more complex. Parents are uncertain about the relevance of certain degrees and often rely on peer advice, while students turn to social media for direction. Yet, for truly productive dialogue, both must recognize that they share the same goal: the child’s success and security.

I founded StriveCircle to change that—to transform career and college planning into a collaborative, confidence-building experience for families.

What began as one-on-one consulting sessions has evolved into a broader mission: helping parents and teens replace uncertainty with compassionate, mutual understanding that drives productive conversations about the future.

Today, StriveCircle blends personalized coaching with practical planning tools such as Gantt charts, checklists, and budgets to make big dreams manageable. My vision is simple: to make planning a child’s future feel less like pressure and more like partnership.

I do this by meeting with clients, understanding their objectives, and leveraging my expertise and experience as an admissions and educational consultant to provide parents, guardians, and their children with practical tools to plan for the future.

P.S. These services are not designed to provide clinical therapy. Instead, they aim to reduce stress and foster emotionally intelligent dialogue between parents and children (only 13 years and above) during career planning. My role is not to resolve emotional issues, but to offer clear information, practical guidance, and actionable tools that support better decision-making. My long-term goal is to build a digital platform that provides these resources at scale, but for now, I’m starting with personalized consultations.

I look forward to working with you and supporting your family’s journey.

Warmly,

Faith
