Our Story

StriveCircle began with a simple but powerful observation: every family wants their child to thrive, yet conversations about the future often cause more stress than clarity. As someone who’s guided dozens of students through international scholarship and admissions journeys at Hadithi Consulting in Kenya, and a large multinational admissions consulting firm in the U.S., I saw a pattern. Parents felt anxious about their children’s direction; students felt unheard or pressured; and both were missing structured, empathetic guidance. I founded Strive to change that—to turn career and college planning into a collaborative, confidence-building experience for families.

What started as one-on-one consulting sessions has evolved into a broader mission: helping parents and teens replace uncertainty with understanding. Today, Strive blends personalized coaching with practical planning tools—Gantt charts, scholarship checklists, and timelines—to make big dreams manageable. I created it not as a therapist or clinician, but as someone who’s walked this path, secured opportunities abroad, and helped others do the same. My vision is simple: to make planning a child’s future feel less like pressure, and more like partnership.
